What Will Our Baby Look Like (Our Baby) helps you track your pregnancy and generate a fun AI preview of your future baby. We respect your privacy.
Your pregnancy data (last period date, goal, checklists, weight entries) is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.
When you use the AI Baby Reveal feature, you select two photos, one of each parent. These photos contain images of faces. This is the only face data the app collects. We do not collect, compute, or store facial geometry, face templates, faceprints, or any biometric identifiers. The photos are processed as ordinary images.
The photos are used for one purpose only, generating a single AI illustration of a possible future baby. They are not used for identification, authentication, advertising, profiling, analytics, or training AI models.
The photos are transmitted over HTTPS to our processing server, which sends them through OpenRouter, an AI routing service, to Google Gemini, the AI model that generates the baby image. OpenRouter and Google are the only third parties that receive the photos. We use OpenRouter as a paid service and set every request to use only Zero Data Retention endpoints and only providers that do not collect user data. OpenRouter defines Zero Data Retention as "no routine storage of prompts or responses after processing, apart from the CSAM exception" (openrouter.ai/docs/features/zdr). OpenRouter's privacy policy states "OpenRouter does not use your Inputs or Outputs for model training" (openrouter.ai/privacy). The photos are never sold and never shared with any other party.
We do not store your photos. They are held in our server's memory only for the seconds needed to process the request and are discarded as soon as the generated image is returned. We keep no copies. OpenRouter's privacy policy states "We do not persist image, audio or video files beyond the duration necessary to route the request, except as required for abuse detection, security, billing, or legal compliance" (openrouter.ai/privacy). Because every request is limited to Zero Data Retention endpoints, the photos are not routinely stored after processing, apart from the CSAM exception in OpenRouter's Zero Data Retention policy. The generated baby image is saved only on your device.
The app asks for your explicit permission before any photos are uploaded. Nothing is sent until you agree.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple or Google. When you use a Premium or starter pack reveal, the app sends our server the purchase record that Apple or Google signed, and our server checks that signature itself. The record holds the product, a transaction number and the purchase dates, never your name, email or card details.
We do not sell your data. We do not keep your photos. We do not run third-party ads. We do not require an account.
When the app opens, it sends one anonymous count to our own server with the event name (for example "open"), your platform, the app version and the number of days since you installed it. It carries no ID, no photo and no pregnancy data, and we only see totals per day and country.
If you report an image, we keep the reason you picked, your device platform, the app version and the time of the report. The image itself is never sent to us.
How long we keep each type of data, and how you can delete it.
Your pregnancy data (last period date, goal, checklists, weight entries, saved baby images) is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. It is kept until you remove it. You can delete it at any time by tapping "Reset my data" on the Me tab inside the app, or by deleting the app, which permanently removes all of it from your device.
Your photos for the AI Baby Reveal are not retained by us. They are held in our server's memory only for the few seconds needed to generate the image and are discarded immediately after. We keep no copies, logs, or backups. They pass through OpenRouter to Google Gemini on Zero Data Retention endpoints only, as described in section 2.3 and 2.4.
Purchase records are held by Apple and Google for as long as needed to manage your subscription and as required by their policies. Our server checks the signed record each time you reveal and does not keep it, with one exception. For a starter pack, we keep the pack's transaction number and how many reveals are left, so the pack can be counted down. Nothing else is stored with it.
Deletion requests. Because we do not hold a personal account or store personal data on our servers, deleting the app or using "Reset my data" removes everything we could access on your device. If you would still like us to confirm deletion or remove anything else, email support@boostmarketing.my and we will action your request within 30 days.
Our Baby is for information and entertainment only. The AI baby image is a fun prediction, not a real photo. The app is not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider.
